In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

Eye Comb Editors is committed to supporting your right to manage your own information. As part of this commitment, and to make life easier for you, we have written a handy summary of the lengthy jargon that follows in plain ol' English:

Plain English Version

By visiting our website and interacting with us, you automatically agree to our privacy policy, which is basically this: First, when you visit our website, Wix puts cookies on your computer to give you security and a smoother browsing experience. These cookies are tiny text files and are not edible. If you don't like these kinds of cookies, you can disable them in your browser settings.

Second, when you book a service or ask us for information, we usually ask for your contact info and info about your project. This info is stored in some tools that help us do business:

  • Wix (our website host),

  • Gmail (our email provider),

  • HubSpot (what we use to help build our relationship with you),

  • MailChimp (what we use to broadcast announcements or similar),

  • PayPal (our payment processor), and

  • Google Analytics (what we use to check how popular we are on the inter-webs).

We aren't responsible for what they do with your info, but you can read their policies to know how they manage your information. Other than them, we don't give your information to anyone unless required by law.

Third, you understand that, though there's always a risk of data breach, we look for ways to minimize this (e.g., password protection, two-step authentication, opting-in, etc). As we grow, if we change how we store or use your data, we'll update this page, but we'll always maintain the general approach: being protective of and transparent about your info. You can contact us anytime to know exactly what info of yours we have stored or to ask us to delete it by emailing

We track this information using cookies, or small text files which include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to a user’s browser from our servers and are stored on the user’s computer hard drive. Sending a cookie to a user’s browser enables us to collect Non-Personal Information about that user and keep a record of the user’s preferences when utilizing our services, both on an individual and aggregate basis.  The Company may use both persistent and session cookies; persistent cookies remain on your computer after you close your session and until you delete them, while session cookies expire when you close your browser.
